What is it?

The Swan Protocol is a relatively new hypnotherapy technique for establishing direct communication with the subconscious mind. It uses no trance or eye closure, and Bob Burns (the originator of the technique) says it’s not even hypnosis.

But what The Swan does do is enable free exchange of information with the subconscious mind in a way that is visually compelling, unambiguous and genuinely useful for clearing blockages, resolving subconscious problems and enhancing the focus on positive goals.

What is the workshop about?

Over the last couple of years I’ve been developing a 1 hour workshop introducing The Swan Protocol.

The workshop is suitable for both therapists and for untrained individuals interested in self-development, and the technique can be used on one’s self or, in the case of therapists, used with clients.

So far I’ve given this workshop at Holistic/MBS fairs and at hypnosis training schools, but I’m happy to come and do a workshop for any interested group.

The format of the workshop is: –

• A short introduction
• A group demo of the first stages
• A 1 on 1 demo with a volunteer from the group
• A Q&A (time dependant)

As every workshop requires interaction from a volunteer, and as we never know exactly what is going to happen, each workshop is unique. Because of this, those who have attended other workshops (and even therapists who are already using the technique in their therapy practices) can get something new and interesting from attending again.

Suitable for groups of 5 and upward, attendees leave the workshop with enough knowledge of the technique to begin experimenting and using it in a practical way.
