On Saturday 28 th of July I will be giving short one-on-one demos of relaxing hypnosis and hypnotherapy, for free at Naturally You, in Clare, Suffolk.

The sessions will be approximately 20 minutes long, which will be enough for a quick chat about hypnosis, and a demonstration of rapid hypnotic induction and therapeutic relaxation techniques.

A fair percentage of people respond so well to these techniques that we may get time to try a few other hypnotic phenomena too – let me know if there is anything you are particularly interested in experiencing.
