I had a couple of last minute cancellations and 1 no-show, but I also had a couple of people who turned up on the off-chance, so all in all I was busy all day, with just a brief opportunity to sit and have a cup of tea with Jasmine, who runs Naturally You

The rest of the day was spent meeting and hypnotising people, talking about hypnosis and hypnotherapy and generally having a nice time showing people what I do.
